Cache

Arcadem Pro 2.8 uses database to store its data. To make better performance, you can enable the cache options to make the data collection process faster.

In Cache menu, you will find some options related with database cache and also a submenu to reset/clear you cache.

Cache Settings

In this submenu, you can set the cache as enabled or disabled. Arcadem Pro 2.8 recommends you to enable this option by selecting “On” for SQL Cache options to make the performance better.

You also can set to automatically update your SQL cache. Check on time input format before make changes on this options. All input should be in MMDDHHMMSS format (Month-Day-Hour-Minute-Second). The default value is 3000 which mean 30 minutes and 00 second. If you want to set the update run every 2 hours 30 minutes and 45 seconds, you should give 023045 as the value.

Clear Cache

You also can force the database to clear its cache by clicking this menu. When it has finished clearing your cache, it will show a confirmation window telling that the cache has been cleared.
